30 Goals Before 30

Last year I had I had the smart idea of posting 29 goals that I want to accomplished before my 29^th birthday. But I ended up getting in my second car accident of the year so it kind of went to the wayside. This July I’m turning 30 so I thought I would give it another shot… I know I’m a few months behind on this but still I wanted something to strive for before my birthday. So here are my 30 goals before 30, regardless of I hit all of them or not I think the main thing is to keep striving for excellence.

1. Published my first book
2. Run a 5k
3. Run a 10k
4. Run a half marathon
5. Become a RRCA run coach
6. Make at least $1000 a month on my from blog and book
7. Go on a 5-7 day vacation
8. Read 12 books
9. Host a virtual race
10. Launch my public speaking site
11. Donate all the running shoes that I don’t wear anymore to charity
12. Have a working draft of my second book
13. Get ACE certified
14. Go zip lining
15. Go sky diving
16. Guess post on 5 other blogs
17. Get featured in runners world
18. Run a Ragnar
19. Do a Tough Mudder
20. Do 10 unassisted pull ups
21. Ride a roller coaster
22. Fall below 300 pounds (again)
23. Fit into an XL shirt comfortably
24. Start a podcast
25. 100 days of burpees
26. Create a community for larger runners
27. Coach someone through their running and/or weight loss journey
28. Start a bucket garden
29. Apply to a PhD program
30. Pick a marathon to run in 2016
