Boring working routinesDid you know that boredom with your workout could lead to shorter and shorter workouts? Before you know it, you’re skipping the gym and eating ice cream instead. It’s most commonly known that the most effective exercise routine aren’t routines at all. However, most of us go to the gym day after day and do the same exercise (and you wonder why you haven’t had any results yet)… My friend that is the definition of going gym insane (yes, I just made that up). Goal crushers don’t go gym insane… If you really want see real results, you must constantly refresh your workout routine to challenge your brain and muscles in new ways.
