I Can’t Believe I’m on Run #3

I took today’s run to the streets I ran through Henry Park which has a lot of hills, the run was tough but I survived!

Here’s what today’s workout look like: 

300 Pounds and Running Couch to 5K Week1, Day3

 I ran 1.88 miles, burned 398 calories, and my pace was 16.42 min/mile.
