Almetria is the creator and founder of Fit and Finally Free, a blog about weight loss, lifestyle management, and the road to self-discovery with the freedom to work, play, and live well. In this podcast, Almetria talks to us about who she is, her evolving relationship with running, and lastly, she gives new runners advice to help them crush their goals.
