Run #2 Yup I’m Through!

I decided to run two days in a row so I wouldn’t lose any motivation. I’m still getting use to this whole running thing. I definitely don’t have that burning desire to run. But I went through that whole ordeal to get the shoes; I might as well get my money’s worth.

Here’s what today’s workout look like:

Couch to 5K Week 1, Day 2

I ran 1.74 miles, burned 215 calories, and my pace was 17.34 min/mile.

After the workout my girlfriend asks me “How did you feel?” I didn’t have a feeling about the run, I was just glad it was over. Maybe my endorphins haven’t kick in yet. I thought you suppose to get a runner’s high. I feel cheated because I didn’t have one. Maybe I’ll get one next time…
