I decided to take the momentum from my previous work out and run outside today. The birds were chirping and the bees were buzzing. Wait…. I think I’m dreaming! Finding it weird that I dreamt about running; I get out of the bed, put on my clothes and went for a run. Still I do not have that burning desire to run but it’s something that I am use to doing. It’s like brushing your teeth, you never hear of anyone excited about brushing and flossing, but people do it for good oral hygiene; I do it for good health.
Here’s what today’s workout look like:
Overall my run was good; I notice that I’m running longer and faster. After the workout I don’t feel as tired and my flexibility is increasing. Another thing that I do notice is my weight fluctuating, which means that I need to focus more on my nutrition. It’s hard to stop eating whatever you want, whenever you want all of a sudden. Especially cakes, pies, and cookies….Man I love white macadamia nut cookies I could eat about a dozen right now…SMH… Weight loss is a war not a battle!
