1/29/13: 4.01 ran and 783 calories burned
1/30/13: Warm-up: Agility Drills, WOD: Gwen- 15-12-9 Clean and Jerk
1/31/13: 4.37 miles ran and 921 calories burned
2/1/13: Day 1 of #100DaysOfBurpees
2/2/13: Warm-up 5 minute AMRAP; 5 Deadlifts & 5 Toes To Bar. WOD: 10 Minute AMRAP; 7 Over Head Squats & 7 Burpees. Cool Down: 500m Row Sprint.
2/3/13: Long slow distance 9.01 miles ran and 1843 calories burned
2/5/13: 3.12 miles ran and 660 calories burned
2/8/13: 3.45 ran and 702 calories burned
