Hello all,

Long time no see! Especially when I’m participating in the September Blogging Challenge, I think there’s two words that some up why I haven’t posted anything in a couple of days “Graduate School” and it’s kicking my butt this semester. So today’s topic is: How often do you weigh yourself?

What a coincidence because today is Weigh-In Wednesday. Since I can answer today’s topic in three simple words “Once -A-Week”, I’m going to go into Weigh-In Wednesday. Last week I weighed 325.3 lbs. Let’s see what I weigh this week.

300 Pounds and Running Weigh-in 321.1lbs

Chest (in) 52 in. n/a 49 in. -3 in.
Right Bicep (in) 18.5 in. n/a 18 in. – .5 in.
Left Bicep (in) 19 in. n/a 17.5 in. -1.5in.
Waist (belly button and around) (in) 49.5 in. n/a 47 in. – 2.5 in.
Right Thigh (in) 31 in. n/a 29 in. -2 in.
Left Thigh (in) 30 in. n/a 27 in. -3 in.


This week I weigh 321.1 lbs. – last week 325.3 lbs. = 4.2 pounds lost. ****Double Take**** 4.2 lbs. gone in one week!!!WOW! I’m on cloud nine, first the 5K now this. I’m 17.5 lbs. down; another 2.5 lbs. to go hit the 20 lb. milestone. I’m really starting to reap the rewards of my hard work and dedication; I must say that it feels amazing. Why stop when it feels so good!?!
