3. Eat water
Now this one may sound crazy but if you don’t like to drink it then eat it… I’m talking about fruits and veggies that are mostly water like cucumbers, watermelons (duh it has water in its name) or any melons, celery, and soups with light broth.
4. Infuse water
Make your own flavored water by infusing it with strawberries, blueberries, cucumbers, red peppers flakes (if you like it spicy) and herbal tea. Just make sure you leave it unsweetened.
5. Use your cell phone
This one may sound counter intuitive because electronics and water don’t mix. But hear me out… Instead of trying your phone as a cup holder. How about using it to track the amount of water that you drank. Set daily reminders for yourself to drink it up. For added accountability tweet me @300lbsandrunnin with the hashtag #watercheck so I can know it’s water time. Make it competitive see how much water you can drink in a day.
Drink more water and your body will love you for it!
