On this day last year 300 Pounds and Running went live. My aim was simple, to vent about things going on in my life and stay honest as possible while doing it. I didn’t expect anybody to read this blog or have the impact that it did. I was just trying to be true to myself and the journey that I have embarked on. As the days turn into months and the moths turn into this year, I have touched so many lives with this journey. But as many lives that I’ve touched, those lives have reached out and touched me too. Many times I’ve said that this is a two way street, I need the help as much as you do and this still remains true. Words can’t explain what I’m feeling but I know that I’m not alone. This has been a great year for me and I hope it has been the same you. I have a lot in store for this blog and I only hope that I exceed your expectation every time that you come visit me. This was by far one of the greatest year of my life and I owe it all to you.
