Welcome Back to 300 Pounds and Running

Last night my girlfriend was pushing my buttons and I became irritated. I didn’t even argue with her I just went for a run. I left mainly to get out the house but my run ended up being very therapeutic. I focused on my breathing while I ran out the feelings of being irritated. Now that I’m on week 4 day 1 of C25K the intervals are starting to getting less and less cute and more like a workout.

Here’s last night’s workout:

300 pounds and running running mad

After running four minute intervals I didn’t have the energy to be mad anymore. I guess that’s the good thing about running at midnight. When I got home she was sleep, so I stretched, showered, and went to bed. When I got up this morning it was like nothing happened. Now I have a another benefit of running!
