I need your help! When I started 300 Pounds and Running, It was an online journal to document my journey. While I’m still a work in progress, I have so much more to offer… Did you know that I received my Bachelors in Health Fitness and worked in a cardiac rehab clinic? or that I’m finishing my Master’s in Health Promotion and that my thesis is on social media and weight loss?
I have a wealth of knowledge that I’m holding on to because I’m not sure If anyone would be interested in reading it on this blog. So I’m here to ask you: What do you want from 300 Pounds and Running?
Why do you come to this blog? Do you just want me to talk about my weight loss journey? What do you want me to talk more or less about? Would you be interested in hearing some of the science behind weight loss? Should I create another blog and leave 300 Pounds and Running to strictly my journey?
