The day before my 10K, a pair of MaxFlow Stay-Grip Athletic Crew Socks came in the mail for me. I thought to myself what perfect timing; I will wear these socks to the race and review them.
My initial impression of these socks taking them out of the package is “Wow these socks are heavy!” No silly! Not heavy as in weight but heavy as in heavy duty, these socks feel like I can wash and wear them numerous of times and they won’t get holes in them. I also like how the sock has extra cushioning throughout the sole to the heel.
When I put them on for the first time, I notice how well they fit, they were snug but they didn’t cut off my circulation like other socks that I’ve tried. By the way did I tell you how comfortable these socks are? No how comfortable are they Matinus? These socks are so comfortable that I forgot that I was wearing new socks until my girlfriend ask me asked me about them right before the race started.Here’s the thing I rarely wear crew socks, because I have big calves and they tend to stretch the elastic causing the socks to droop around my ankles like leg warmers. Well there are no drooping leg warmer socks with MaxFlow Stay-Grip Athletic Crew Socks; they were in the same place after my race as they were before my race. The Stay-Grip technology really works! My only complaint that I have about these socks right now are they do not come in black. For my personal taste I prefer black socks over white because I can never get white socks back to their original color after one wear but I digress.
I would recommend MaxFlow Stay-Grip Athletic Crew Socks to anyone who is looking for an ultra-comfortable, super durable sock that actually stays up.
