It’s Wednesday so you know what that means it’s time to weigh-in. Over the weekend I went to Fitbloggin’12; I ate good, I partied good and I met good people. In addition to all that good stuff, I got in some good physical activity; I did CrossFit, Zumba, Aerobics, and ran a 5K (Whew! I’m still sore from doing CrossFit on Saturday). I didn’t do any running on Monday and Tuesday because my body was so chafed from all the activity but I will get into that in tomorrow’s post. Anyways let’s get into Weigh-in Wednesday.
Last week (Pre-FitBloggin’) I weighed 318.4 lbs. Let’s see what the scale says today (Post-FitBloggin’)

So I went to FitBloggin had a great time (in more ways than one) and I still loss 2.2 lbs. This is amazing because this means that I can go on vacation and stay on top of my weight loss…Well I have to give some credit to the good folks at FitBloggin’ because they had me working my butt off in the morning and the food wasn’t that bad either….I’m lying the food was amazing! I would be curious to see if I could pull it off on a “real” vacation, like if I was in Aruba would I still lose weight; I guest I will have to wait and see.
Anyways I can’t wait till the weekend so I go through my swag bag thoroughly; there are a few things in mind that I want to giveaway to loyal readers.

On another note as this semester progresses you will start to see some guest post from my FitBloggin Family; it’s well needed in order for me to keep my sanity during test time.
