1. Reevaluate your goals.

Before you refresh your current workout routine, first ask yourself these questions to see where you are and where you need to be.

  1. Are you progressing?
  2. What areas you need improvement?
  3. Are your goals still in agreement with you fitness values?
  4. What do you like most about your current workout routine?
  5. What do you dislike about your current workout?

These questions should give you a sense of where you are and whether you’re going in the right direction.
